- Identity & Contact Data Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number — collected when you register, make an enquiry, or submit a form.
- Account Data Username, encrypted password, selected language preference, and account settings.
- Transaction & Financial Data Investment amounts discussed, property enquiries, payment reference numbers (we do not store full card or mobile money credentials).
- Property Interest Data Properties viewed, saved, compared, or enquired about; search filters used; virtual tour interactions.
- Technical Data IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URL, and session identifiers — collected automatically via server logs and cookies.
- Communications Data Messages and enquiries you send us via contact forms, WhatsApp, or email.
- Two-Factor Authentication Data Encrypted 2FA secret keys for admin accounts. These are never shared with third parties.

5. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law:
